what type of olive oil do we use.. my mom said theres one for skin and theres cooking olive oil.. idk im getting confused

  17. YellowCheapers says:

This is not true. Almond oil is much better for the eye area for wrinkles and is absorbed much more readily. Olive oil is better at OTHER things, like moisturizing hair and cuticles.

    my bad i knoow now

  20. 1melissaB says:

can i use olive oil instead of almond oil??

  21. RevMichelle says:

Olive oil is great for skin it matches almost exact the oils of our skin.. It is much better.

  22. yanarene says:

no, you just can’t use any oil because they are all different, like how an apple is different than an orange, but they are both fruits. Putting it directly on the skin is faster than digesting it and I think it would be more concentrated, but that last part is just a guess, I don’t know if it is a fact.

isnt it gonna work with ANY oily fruit/veg+oil,or even only one of them? and WHY cant you just eat it? Still-your skin, and hair benefit from your diet, right?? isnt internal better than external? Hm…?

  24. dillpickleboocutie says:

    both really,
    grocery store mostly,
    and its probably cheaper.

  25. Sonialei77 says:

Do you get the almond oil in the grocery section or a beauty supply store?
